Returns Policy

Our approach

We take great care to supply healthy roses that match the variety and product details shown at the time of sale. Roses are packed carefully for delivery and should arrive in good condition.

If you have any concerns when your order arrives, please contact us as soon as possible. We are always happy to talk through the issue, review photos, and help work out the best next step.

Live plants

Roses are living products, and their success depends on suitable planting conditions, weather, watering, soil preparation, storage before planting, and ongoing care after delivery. These factors are outside our control once the plants have been received.

If a rose is not performing as expected, please get in touch before removing or disposing of the plant. Photos of the whole plant, stems, foliage, and planting area will help us understand what has happened and offer useful advice.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or a change of order preference after plants have been prepared, boxed, or dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos. This allows us to assess the issue and respond quickly.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
